InWebzer Solutions – Refund & Cancellation Policy

InWebzer Solutions (“InWebzer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides custom digital services, consulting, and implementation work that is tailored to each client’s specific requirements.

Because our services involve time-based expertise, planning, and execution, refunds are limited and governed strictly by this policy.

By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Consulting and discovery
  • Website and application design
  • Development and implementation
  • CRM, automation, and integrations
  • Ongoing care, optimization, and marketing services

All services are customized and non-resellable.

2. When Services Are Considered Commenced

Services are considered commenced upon the earliest of:

  • Discovery or consultation session conducted
  • Project planning or internal resource allocation
  • Design, development, or configuration work started
  • Access credentials created or environments provisioned
  • Any billable time logged against the project

Once services have commenced, refunds are not available unless expressly stated in writing.

3. Refund Eligibility (Before Commencement Only)

A refund may be considered only if:

  • The refund request is submitted before service commencement, and
  • No consulting, planning, or implementation effort has been performed

In such cases, administrative or payment processing fees may be deducted.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are:

  • Not guaranteed
  • Issued only if explicitly agreed in a written contract, proposal, or SOW
  • Calculated based on work not yet performed

Verbal assurances do not qualify.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable once commenced:

  • Consulting and advisory services
  • Custom design or development work
  • Strategy, audits, or assessments
  • CRM, automation, and system configuration
  • Marketing, SEO, or performance services
  • Setup fees, onboarding fees, and retainers

6. Subscriptions, Care Plans & Retainers

  • Subscriptions and retainers are billed in advance
  • Once a billing period has started, fees are non-refundable
  • Cancellation prevents future billing only

7. Client Delays & Non-Responsiveness

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Delays caused by client feedback, approvals, or content
  • Scope changes requested after commencement
  • Failure to respond within reasonable timelines

Projects may be marked as completed or closed after prolonged inactivity.

8. Legal & Consumer Compliance

This policy complies with:

  • Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights where legally mandated.

9. Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Decisions are final and communicated in writing.
